Sports massage has shown to reduce pain, release tension and pressure, increase range of movement and restore mobility.
Techniques used in your session may include Deep Tissue Massage, Stretching, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release (STR) and specific soft tissue mobilisation (SSTM) and can incorporate postural assessment, muscle testing and athletic/kinesio taping.
